Royal Ascot wins Golf Club of the Year

We start this week's newsletter with exciting news, Royal Ascot were crowned the winners of the Golf Club of the Year award at the annual Club Awards hosted by Club Mirror Magazine. Now in their 33rd year, all elements of club life are recognised at the Awards, as we join together to celebrate all that's great about Clubs across the UK and throw a spotlight on the vital role that clubs play in their communities.

The ceremony took place up in Leicester, and a team of four of us were there to collect this prestigious award from presenters Mark Lawrenson and Ray Stubbs. This prestigious award is national recognition for all the hard work and improvements made by the club across the board over recent years. The trophy will be on display in the office and hopefully it's something that all members are able to celebrate with us!
